pub struct VerdictRecord {
pub validator_id: String,
pub candidate_id: String,
pub missed: bool,
}Expand description
One validator’s verdict on one candidate: did it miss an unsafe state?
missed == true means the validator accepted a candidate later found
unsafe — a false negative. Labels come from the delayed oracle (rollback
boundary, regression residuals), never from contemporaneous agreement.
